With the weather warming up, now is a good time to familiarize yourself with the Court Guide, as well as our Facebook Group and Business pages. Questions, comments and inquiries can be directed to [email protected].

Selecting Your Pickleball Paddle: Core Thickness
Thin paddles return a lot more energy back into the ball. It’s called a power-oriented paddle. For a smaller or shorter swing, a thinner paddle can help you penetrate deeper into the court and push your opponents a little bit further back.
Thick paddles absorb a lot more of the energy that is coming from the ball. They are more of a control-oriented paddle. If you like to take a much longer swing, than a paddle with a thicker core will be easier to keep the ball inside of the court.
